ICOTYDE withMe provides prior authorization support and education on the appeals process.

If ICOTYDE is not covered,* or if coverage is delayed >5 business days or denied, ICOTYDE withMe offers eligible patients ICOTYDE at no cost for up to 3 years or until their commercial insurance covers the medicine. See program requirements.


*Only applicable for the 12-month period post-FDA approval of ICOTYDE for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Military)

ICOTYDE withMe will help patients with government-funded healthcare coverage learn about affordability programs that may be available to them.

Underinsured & No Insurance

ICOTYDE withMe helps patients who are underinsured or have no healthcare coverage find cost support options that can make treatment more affordable.

Independent foundations may be available to help patients afford their medicines:

Independent co-pay assistance foundations have their own rules for eligibility, which are subject to change. We have no control over these independent foundations and can only refer your patients to a foundation that supports their disease state. We do not endorse any particular foundation.

Additional Affordability Support from Johnson & Johnson

If your patient is uninsured or if their coverage does not fully meet their needs, they may be eligible to receive their medicine from J&J at no cost for up to one year. Your patient must meet the eligibility and income requirements for the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program. ICOTYDE withMe is a patient support program that provides patients and their caregivers with free resources and dedicated support, regardless of insurance type.
ICOTYDE withMe is available to patients 12 years of age and older who have been prescribed ICOTYDE for an FDA-approved, on-label use.

Patients 12 years of age and older who have been prescribed ICOTYDE for an approved, on-label use are eligible for this program.

For patients under 18 years of age, Nurse Guide support is only available for the minor patient’s parent/legal guardian or legally authorized representative.

For those eligible, ICOTYDE withMe is completely free. Eligibility for program components may vary.

    By offering in-office educational support, an FRM can help your patients by:

    • Working directly with your Case Manager team to help get patients started on therapy as soon as possible
    • Viewing patient-case details to help minimize delays

    • Contacting specialty pharmacies directly to inquire about specific patient cases
